How to Track Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when available.

1. Open the shipping-confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
2. Select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
3. If items are fulfilled from different locations, check each tracking number separately.

When Will Tracking Update?

Tracking can take several business days to show its first carrier update after dispatch. Orders usually require 1–5 business days for processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

Ghana: 15–35 business days.
United States, Canada, and United Kingdom: 10–30 business days.

These estimates include normal order processing and transit time. They are not guaranteed delivery dates, and product-specific estimates may vary.
