Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Vanurt Store works with CJdropshipping, a third-party fulfillment partner. Products are shipped directly from the supplier or fulfillment warehouse and are not held at our own premises.

Processing and estimated delivery

The delivery estimates below include normal order processing and transit time. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Ghana: 15–35 business days.

United States, Canada and United Kingdom: 10–30 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, remote addresses, product availability and peak periods can extend delivery. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Ghana tracked standard shipping: GHS 240.

United States, Canada and United Kingdom tracked international shipping: USD 24.99.

The final shipping charge shown at checkout applies. Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate parcels, and combined shipping charges may apply.

Customs and duties

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges unless checkout explicitly states they are included.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact talktovanurtstores@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Lost or delayed orders

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact talktovanurtstores@gmail.com with your order number.
